What are Extreme Beers?  Those with a full mouth feel and an ABV (alcohol by volume) of more than 10%.

We currently have three beers that will be available year-round, and in true Gestalt form each of these beers will be above 10% ABV.

New Zealand Triple IPA – a crisp, India Pale Ale that is brewed with three different New Zealand hop varieties providing a huge IBU punch without the bitterness normally associated with double and triple IPA’s.  Like all true Gestalt Brews it has an ABV of 10%.

Oak Aged Belgian – a special beer aged in our oak barrels with hints of vanilla, toffee, orange, cranberries, star anise, and coriander.  This Belgian is truly for the refined pallet.  It hosts six different varieties of malts and a 12% ABV

Robust Sporter Series – this beer will be named after some of the premier sporting events throughout the year; Olympic Oak, FIFA Round Ball, and NFL Glory.  However it is only a snowflake in name.  The character will be consistent as a Robust Stout/Sporter with an ABV that will be above 13%.
